Orders and shipping

How much does delivery cost? 

  • We offer FREE international shipping(except Africa, Central, and South America.).
  • If you want to ship to those countries please contact us first and we will bear the most shipping fee and you need to pay the left shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

What's your shipping carrier?

We use world-famous USP or  DHL for shipping your products, which can secure the fast speed as well as safety.

How to track my order?

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you an Email with tracking info and link, you can check it yourself afterwards. If you do not receive this Email, please contact our customer service.

What payment method supported?

Our website currently supports 2 generally used payment methods:

  • Paypal
After you submit the order, you will be redirected to PayPal's website to finish the payment. This is one of the safest way to pay online to fully protect your safety and privacy.
Credit Card
  • You can pay by Visa or Mastercard directly if you select credit card payment method.
  • You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express by logging in Paypal account if you select PayPal payment method.

What about customs duty or taxes?
We do not bear any customs duty or taxes. You will have to check with your country’s custom and excise duty department for further information

How do I amend my order or shipping information?
Once you have placed your order and completed your payment, your order will be sent to our warehouse and we will be unable to prevent your items being expedited to you. If you have any questions please contact us. 

Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy? 
You must return the products in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this time will not be accepted. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details. Returns will be at your own cost. 

What is your refund policy? 
If you are eligible for a refund we will proceed with the refund to your Paypal or original method of payment following our receipt of the returned product(s). Please see our Returns & Refunds for full details.

I received the wrong product.
