2. Shipping Cost
Tera provide free shipping for orders over $99 to United States, excluding subsidiary islands or remote areas like military districts of United States, i.e. Virgin Island USA, Guam USA, Hawaiian Islands USA etc.
For all the orders to other countries, the shipping cost depends on the quantity (weight) of your order, please check shipping charge at check out.
3. Delivery Time
After your payment confirmation, normally it takes 1-2 business days before we ship your order.
After the package is shipped, it normally takes about 10-14 days before you could receive your package.
4. Shipping Carrier
UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS are used for delivering packages from Tera. Safe and speedy delivery is guaranteed.
5. Change of Shipping Address/ Cancel your order
Please contact us at contact@tera-digital.com within 24 hours of placing your order for changing/ cancelling your order. Otherwise, your package will be delivered to your original address, and you will hold the responsibility and charges for further changes.
