1. Can't decode the barcodes correctly when they are adjacent to each other?
Scan the Centering On symbol to narrow the field of view of the scanner to the center of illumination to prevent misreading. If the configuration code is not listed in the user manual that came with the package, please download the latest user manual or contact customer service for help.
2. Can't find specific configuration codes from the user manual?
We have been improving our user manuals on an irregular basis. The paper manual comes with the package may not be fully described or out of date due to the manual paper size and time of print. You are advised to visit Tera official site for latest user manuals or contact customer service for help.
3. How to reset the counter?
Press and hold the red arrow symbol until the counter starts to flash, then release your finger.
